Common questions

Code not working?

Check every character. Codes use letters A–Z and numbers 2–9 only—no 0, 1, I, or O. Ask your teacher if the game has not started yet.

Code expired?

Room codes stop working after the host ends the game or after a few hours. Request a fresh code from your teacher.

Can't find code?

The code appears on the teacher's host screen when they launch the game. It is usually six characters shown in large type.

Multiple games same code?

Each live room has one unique code. If two classes share a code by mistake, only one game will load—double-check with your teacher.
