About the team engine
Split the room into teams before you start. Correct answers add to the team bank. Power-ups can help the whole squad. Great for mixed-ability classes where kids support each other.
Team Mode is a core themed skin on the team engine. Gameplay rules follow that engine while the theme adds flavor for your classroom.
Host Team Mode free on GimKit Join — pick a kit from the quiz library, share a six-character code, and run the game from your host panel. Students join at /join with no account. Sessions typically run 15–25 min with 4–40+ in one room.
