Solo Practice on GimKit

Practice alone. No pressure.

Solo drops the lobby stress. One student, one device, full question set. Same money and power-ups, just no classmates watching.

Solo Practice uses the classic money loop. Right answers pay. Wrong ones cost. Kids buy power-ups between questions. Most teachers start here because the rules are easy to explain in thirty seconds.

You do not have to write questions from scratch. Pick a kit below and we load it in Solo Practice mode. Edit anything you want on Create before you share the code. Or browse the full quiz library for more subjects.

Teacher tips

  • Send link home before tests.
  • Great for absent make-up work.

How it works in class

Build or import a question set, pick Solo Practice, and get a room code. Students open Join on any device. You start the game from your host screen. Money, power-ups, and the scoreboard update live.

Wrong answers in Solo Practice follow this mode's rules. Wrong answers cost money unless a Shield power-up saves you.

Need a different vibe tomorrow? Try Classic, Team Mode, or Knockout with the same quiz. Only the rules change.
